Shipping costs for Europe
Shipping costs for European orders is €13.95 - €19.95 depending on Country. Free shipping on all orders over € 199,-*. Gooze ships from own warehouse located in the Netherlands to all countries within the Europepean Union. Your order will be shipped by UPS service and we will timely provide you with a track and trace number, so that you can track the parcel at all times.
* Extended or Remote Area Surcharge of €20.20 or € 22.25 : UPS provides service in extended areas as well as urban areas. An additional charge applies for each shipment that is picked up or delivered in an extended area. This surcharge is not included in the free shipping offer.
Shipping costs the Netherlands
Free shipping on all orders over € 99,-. The shipping costs are € 7.95 per order for the Netherlands. Your order will be delivered with DPD-standard and we will timely provide you with a track and trace number, so that you can track the parcel at all times.
Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany
Free shipping on all orders over € 99,-. The shipping costs are € 8.95 per order for the Netherlands. Your order will be delivered with DPD-standard and we will timely provide you with a track and trace number, so that you can track the parcel at all times.
Cancelling an order is, as long as it hasn’t been shipped, free of charge.
Returns/ Withdrawal period
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days without having to state a reason, to return the product, starting on the Day of delivery.
Exceptions hereto are:
A. Electrical parts of which the packaging has been opened
B. Articles specially ordered or prepared for you and hence alien to our assortment
C. All parts that have been assembled or used
The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. For more information see article 6, 7 & 8 of our General Terms and Conditions.
Already received articles need to be returned to the return address below. Gooze will refund the entire purchase amount. Note: We do not offer refunds for Express shipping and remote area surcharges.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns need to be notified in writing to Gooze. This may be done via e-mail, fax or postal mail. You need to state in any case your full name and invoice number.
For the refunding of already paid amounts (in case of prepayment) we also need your bank account number. Customers also need to state the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.
Attention: the account number that you state for the refund needs to be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to Gooze. This is because of possible fraud with refunds.
Already made payments shall be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
